To make a quick breakfast pudding using a dry cake. Cut them into slices and keep aside. In the meantime, take a non-stick pan and add 2 cubes of butter along with brown sugar as per taste. Once the sugar turns slightly brown, add 1 cup milk and ½ tsp vanilla essence and now place the cake slices, allow them to cook and turn soft.
