A queen surely recognises another. At least this much is evident all around us. American singer Beyonce showed us another evidence of this recently when she shouted out compatriot and equally accomplished singer Diana Ross.
The genesis of that shout-out was Diana Ross sharing the stage with the Destiny’s Child singer recently and singing her a happy birthday tune on stage during her Renaissance Tour. The singers had a wonderful time and their performance trended online.
After many might have forgotten that moment, Beyonce had taken to her official Instagram page to shout out to Diana. She called the older singer a one-of-one and rounded off by describing her as her queen.
